$500 REWARD- ZTE ANDROID STOLEN 411 VALENCIA ST PARKLETT

    At about 9:45PM - MON OCT 10TH, 2016 -- My 6" ZTE ZMAX Z970 Android Phone was snatched from my hand, by a man who according to locals, hangs out at 16th St/Valencia Street, preying on locals with phones in their hands.

     He is FAST and in the past few hours, he tried to snatch phone from guy on bike near 16th St & Mission. MAY HAVE LATINO/CAUCASIAN (light skinned) person working with him to distract or block Victims.

     Then an hour later, he sees man walking from Wells Fargo ATM (16th/BART) towards Caledonia Alley next to Mission National Bank across from Pancho Villas, 3000 Blk of 16th St, told man he dropped money on ground.. man looked down, dude snatched his wallet, ran, got attacked by someone, dropped wallet, ran towards 16th St Mission Bart Station.

    Shortly thereafter, he was in front of new parklett at 411 Valencia, in front of Royan Hotel/Tea Shop, walking back and forth.... 

    I stopped using my ZTE and he disappeared.

      Ten minutes later while texting atty about a low income client case we're working on and he jumped out of shadows by surprise, I turned, he lunged towards me, pushed my shoulder back and snatched my ZTE smart phone.It has a keypad lock, it's MetroPCS and has some political sticker on the back and red piece of tape over the front facing camera.

     Here's the alert I'm sending all my peers...

Mon Oct 10, 2016 - Mission District, near 16th/Valencia- 

URGENT! MY ANDROID WAS STRONG ARM STOLEN AT 9:40 PM --- Tall (6'-3"+,  light shiny Carmel Colored Skin,  Slim Build (like he used to be a muscular athletic type, but looks like he's under weight), Young Male, 25-30 years old, clean cut, white tshirt... hangs out to steal!      HE GRINS AS HE TAKES YOUR STUFF OUT OF YOUR HANDS.   HE ENJOYS STEALING AND HARMING OTHERS. 

    SFPD has report. HAS EARRING IN RIGHT EAR.

    Laughs as he snatches your stuff... any wallet, cell phone is a target. 

  He hits up multiple victims within a couple hours....

 TUESDAY MAY 16, 2017 UPDATE:

Serial Strong Arm Robber 

    Here's a first Rough Draft Sketch of the Suspect, as described above. 

  In reality, his hair is a bit shorter,  face a bit longer,  but the basic skin tone and body proportions are about right.   He also had a 'mini-hoodie' on his bright, white T-Shirt.

    He likes to put on his hoodie and 'crawl the walls' along store fronts as he stalks his targets for Strong Arm, Snatch & Grab Robberies.

     This is a First Draft Sketch that will be updated and become much more accurate as we keep adding info from witnesses, photos, videos to make the best, most accurate Sketch we can.  

  Thanks to everyone who's helped us so far.     

 May be living at local SRO Hotels or city housing units in the mission area, near 16th and Valencia Streets.

  HE IS VIOLENT.   DO NOT APPROACH HIM.

SATURDAY  -- October 15, 2016 UPDATE:

   The ZTE Phone stolen from the community advocate above, had Low Income Client Case Information and Photo Evidence of Crimes, to this Theft, may be transformed into a more serious felony, since it has documents we need for upcoming court appearances.  

     Very sad to have so much valuable information on a personal device and have it STOLEN out of your hands by Thieves that are plaguing our city.   WE MUST FIGHT BACK !

SF Potrero Safeway Guard Beats Teen Kills Tiny Terrier Rosco R.I.P.

San Francisco, California - Safeway Store, 2200 16th Street (Potrero) - Safeway's Security Guard Beats down Teenager;  Kicks, causes death of Safeway Customer's tiny terrier named "Roscoe", well known to many in our community for past ten years.

Rosco was 12 yrs old, about 12 lbs, 6" tall, tiny.

This is what happened at about 5:30am (until about 7:30am and later in the afternoon) on Wednesday, March 16, 2016: 

    According to witnesses, (including a cab driver, bystanders) the Security Guard at this Safeway was beating down a teenager.    A regular Safeway Customer (and Rosco's owner) Mike Hardesty -- began filming the assault on the teenager by the uniformed Security Officer. 

 That outraged the Guard, who turned on and approached the witness filming and struck them to get the camera used to film the guard's out of control conduct and assault. 

 Then the guard kicked the tiny terrier dog, which was on its leash on the witness' hand.   That outraged the witness, dog owner. 

 The dog is about 15lbs, 7" inches tall, about 14" inches long (see picture, compare to size 10 shoe.

     Others gave details which can't be disclosed today, until we met with our attorney and her legal investigator tommorow, at El Cafetazos, 3087 16th Street (4 doors east of Valencia) after 12 noon, Thursday, March 16th.

Cell Phone Smashed to Conceal Crimes Recorded

    We can say, after attempting to destroy the dog owners' cell phone with evidence, the guard kicked the tiny dog a 2nd time, with full force like a football field goal kick.  

   Causing Poor Tiny Rosco to be propelled into the air;  thrown out of collar/leash and hit the concrete hard.  

 Rosco immediately took off and has disappeared. 

 Owner called 9-1-1 and tried to wait as long as he could for SFPD, but others pushed him to go find his dog, because it likely has internal bleeding injuries and cracked ribs which can cause internal infection and death within hours.

   Last seen heading towards Valencia Street, on 17th Street.

This is NOT the first time a Safeway Guard has beaten or harmed others in San Francisco.

  So, we're demanding we all investigate what we believe is a large pattern of violence amongst our people and animals at particular Safeway Stores, Chain Stores, Security Guards and Security Patrol or contracting companies, that endangers us all.

    If YOU owned a reputable Grocery Store or Guard Company, and your out-of-control Guard(s) assaulted a customer and killed his tiny dog, you would give the Victim the Name of your Guards, to the Victim, without hesitation, right ?
