Got Cravings For Junk Food ? Win The War in Your Guts!

* HEALTH ALERT *   It's not what group of foods you eat, it's about specific foods that Feeds either the bad bacteria or the good bacteria in your digestive system. 


  It's Your Choice: 


  If you want to be healthier you can eat foods low in Lectins and high in prebiotics to feed your good bacteria.

   If you keep on eating foods high in lectins,  then the bad bacteria may overtake the good bacteria and leak out into your body.  It's your choice, kind of.   

  If you aren't aware of how trees and plants communicate with each other, to support each other, than you're likely not aware that it's more often the bacteria in your body telling your brain what foods to crave and eat, than your brain using logic to make that determination on its own. 


   You are not in control, but the bacteria, using direct links to your brain are the ones calling all the shots.


   These are overwhelming CRAVINGS that make you eat a whole box of cookies or cup cakes when you only intended to eat just one.


   Eat more bad food high in lectins and the bad bacteria will overwhelm the needs of the good bacteria and demand you to FEED THEM like in the man eating plant movie (Feed Me... Feed Me!) .  


  Eat foods with prebiotics (good bacteria food) and low in lectins and they will thrive and regain or retain control over your systems and demand that you eat good food.
