The Case For Reparations For Cannabis Prisoners and Taxpayers Since 1934-Prohibition, Drug War Frauds-SFAwareness

    Here's some interesting links to information about seeking reparations for damages caused to both cannabis prisoners and unsuspecting (or liquor and narcotic inebriated) Taxpayers defrauded or harmed since 1934-1937.

NOTE:     Back in 1913, Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon was a major financial backer and key political ally of Du Pont petrochemical company.

   Mellon also had a nephew, Harry Anslinger, whom he would later appoint to head the Federal Bureau of Narcotics.   But that comes a bit later.

   That should help you understand who started the frauds, who benefitted the most and a better idea of how damaging it all was to tens of millions of innocent, harmless people and families in towns and counties from coast to coast.  Over 80 years of fear, suffering and devastation to all of our families and communities, by specific elite families and corporations that are here today, in 2015, trying to repeat it all under new state laws, so they may continue to lie, cheat and steal from us all, for mega profits.

  Only YOU can stop them and us all from repeating the last 80 years of misery, injury and premature death by taking back all rights, benefits and freedoms to do with cannabis and hemp, back to your self and your local community, not The State.

   We've been able to verify much of this information by way of one of our peers who knew Joseph Kennedy's main liquor supplier in Mexico who was owed money for hard liquor in his Tijuana warehouse that he couldn't sell right after liquor Prohibition ended, because the masses preferred marijuana, hash and Coke Drinks (with real cocaine or opium derivatives) over hard liquor.  

   Joseph Kennedy's long time, main liquor supplier (Mario Lozano) was privy to all that went into the 'set up' of the frauds of Prohibition which entailed using MovieTone News (in movie theatres) and tax dollars to set up Fear Mongering Evil Weed campaigns to bolster their move to destroy cannabis and hemp for everyone, except the black markets under their control.

     And you know the rest of the story from there....  Millions have suffered man made diseases and toxic exposure from man made crap and died before their time, over the past 80 years -- only because liquor and pharma and narcotics and toxic chemicals everywhere that were forced upon us, by the taking away of cannabis and hemp, in the first place, by the elite mentioned herein.

     They must pay for every life taken, every family broken apart and every child taken and every minute spent in custody and for every home and car taken, by these frauds, under color of authority, since 1934, or we shall never be free from their tyranny and economic controls and enslavements.

SFMTA MUNI BUS (71/HIT-RUN - MAN DOWN-WED 11:50P MARKET-THIRD

Shortly before Midnight last night, Wednesday April 8th, 2015 a friend was sitting at the light, in the bike lane with lights and reflectors on his bike, Eastbound on Market Street, at Geary/Kearny/Third Street Intersection headed towards the Embarcadero. 

    He had safety reflectors, front and back lights and was drively his bicycle lawfully and with usual if not extra care.

   As he pulled away to cross the street, as the light had turned green,  he barely made it to the other side of Third Street when a Muni Bus (possibly 71), behind and to his left, in the middle lane, came over into his lane near the curb (the bike lane). 

     The Muni Bus hit his back tire and frame at an angle, causing his bike to topple over like a somersault and he landed on his head, upon the curb at the Southeast Corner of Market and Third Streets, right in front of T-Mobile Store.  

     We can see cameras there and a big camera diagonally across the street on top of Kearney/Market Street Sign next to Chase Bank.   Several witnesses came up to him and one told him not to move.   

   He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, but was given poor care.

 

      He's in pain, but they were 'busy' so they discharged him.  He's going to get more care for his injuries at a local clinic.  

     Aside from injuries sustained this time, the Muni Driver failed to stop and render aid, but as he lay on the sidewalk he recalls seeing the Chase sign and seeing the bus driver looking at him, as he lay helpless and imobile on the street and curb. 

   We're meeting with attorney later this weekend and need all witnesses to step forward to explain what they saw.  

   We also need to ID the Muni Bus and Driver responsible for this tragic accident -- which makes the Third Time our friend has been 'hit' by Muni Buses, the same way.

Volunteers Needed To Research Damages For Taxpayers and Cannabis Prisoners Since 1934

  2.  Total Number and Costs of Cannabis Prisoners and Prohibition - Drug War Victims - The documentation of the total number of people arrested and unjustly fined or imprisoned by cannabis prohibition & drug war fraud laws since 1934.   Total number of years spent by county, by state and national totals.

  

     Including how much each county, state or federal government values each year spent in jail under false pretenses (i.g. federal rate of compensation is $50,000 per year per person falsely incarcerated).   

       This is for the 1st Demand (Demand #1) for Reparations for 80+ Years of Prohibition and Drug War Fraud, sponsored by our state and federal governments and elite corporations.

      While they KNEW cannabis caused no threat or harm to people, only to big liquor, pharma, petro-chemicals, fossil fuel and criminal mafias.

50+ Million Americans Lost Homes & Families

       In fact, while they beat our people for cannabis, they were filing patents and testing it for helpful, beneficial and medical purposes.

       Complete multiple personality disorder in our national domestic policies.  Greedy Control Freakin frauds.  

  3.  DAMAGES TO TAXPAYERS SINCE 1934 - The documentation of all the Taxpayer Money spent, since 1934 to date, for all the costs associated with the funding ( vis a federal to state grants **See Footnote, costs to house cannabis prisoners ) of the drug laws that enrich the elite and the costs to build more prisons per capita for mostly 'non-violent drug related offenders' on an annual, per person basis. 

    This is for the Second Demand (Demand #2) on Behalf of U.S. Taxpayers who funded the entire prison building, home stealing and family destroying operations, along with corporate funds (think money laundering) as well.    

   This is the Demand for Reparations for Tax Payers, in addition to the Demand for Cannabis Prisoner Victims.

  4.  Financial Documentation and Timelines - The documentation and event modeling of all the profits and gains made by the police, legal, justice, liquor, fossil fuel, insurance, medical care, big pharma and prison building industries that can be tied directly to the excessive enforcement of all the prohibition and drug war laws and policies that caused so much devastation to over 50 Million U.S. Residents.

   People like you and me, who posed no threat and caused no harm to any other human, yet, had their lives and families ripped apart and were beaten down and falsely imprisoned by all these elite cartels of government officials, corporate CEO's, Chase banksters, local planning departments, sheriffs deputies and police ALL WORKING FOR THE CORPORATE FORCES, against all of us.

  5.   Data Analysis - To connect all the dots of fact and historical evidence from public, private and government sources to show who, is here with us today, trying to create monopolies and continue these frauds by writing bad state laws who are from the same families and corporations that have been beating us down and killing us for cannabis, for the past 100 years.

    We need to create visuals for everyone to clearly see, who from our past is here today, trying to control our cannabis and all other natural things that we need, for our selves, that they wish to take away from us, by writing more laws...
