Violent Man Threatens Traffic Study Videographer 16th/Valencia St

First Man, Dark Clothes Walking Right to Left (in first few seconds of video only) crosses fixed path of Traffic Study Videographer at 16th and Valencia Streets in the Mission District.

He comes up to Videographer, wrongfully tries to intimidate him saying filming in public is against the law, threatens to harm him, then flags down the patrol car that was crossing south on Valencia.

Alert SFPD Officers get out, and tells him it's legal for anyone to film in public... what is HIS problem ?
