The Case For Reparations For Cannabis Prisoners and Taxpayers Since 1934-Prohibition, Drug War Frauds-SFAwareness

    Here's some interesting links to information about seeking reparations for damages caused to both cannabis prisoners and unsuspecting (or liquor and narcotic inebriated) Taxpayers defrauded or harmed since 1934-1937.

NOTE:     Back in 1913, Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon was a major financial backer and key political ally of Du Pont petrochemical company.

   Mellon also had a nephew, Harry Anslinger, whom he would later appoint to head the Federal Bureau of Narcotics.   But that comes a bit later.

   That should help you understand who started the frauds, who benefitted the most and a better idea of how damaging it all was to tens of millions of innocent, harmless people and families in towns and counties from coast to coast.  Over 80 years of fear, suffering and devastation to all of our families and communities, by specific elite families and corporations that are here today, in 2015, trying to repeat it all under new state laws, so they may continue to lie, cheat and steal from us all, for mega profits.

  Only YOU can stop them and us all from repeating the last 80 years of misery, injury and premature death by taking back all rights, benefits and freedoms to do with cannabis and hemp, back to your self and your local community, not The State.

   We've been able to verify much of this information by way of one of our peers who knew Joseph Kennedy's main liquor supplier in Mexico who was owed money for hard liquor in his Tijuana warehouse that he couldn't sell right after liquor Prohibition ended, because the masses preferred marijuana, hash and Coke Drinks (with real cocaine or opium derivatives) over hard liquor.  

   Joseph Kennedy's long time, main liquor supplier (Mario Lozano) was privy to all that went into the 'set up' of the frauds of Prohibition which entailed using MovieTone News (in movie theatres) and tax dollars to set up Fear Mongering Evil Weed campaigns to bolster their move to destroy cannabis and hemp for everyone, except the black markets under their control.

     And you know the rest of the story from there....  Millions have suffered man made diseases and toxic exposure from man made crap and died before their time, over the past 80 years -- only because liquor and pharma and narcotics and toxic chemicals everywhere that were forced upon us, by the taking away of cannabis and hemp, in the first place, by the elite mentioned herein.

     They must pay for every life taken, every family broken apart and every child taken and every minute spent in custody and for every home and car taken, by these frauds, under color of authority, since 1934, or we shall never be free from their tyranny and economic controls and enslavements.

With respect to overall living & working expenses, opportunities and benefits, are You better off now than you were before 2008, when President Obama and various Congress Members have been in power, to date ?

   So far, 115 folks have read the Poll and 66 of them took time to Vote.  


 That means a little more than half (57%) of the Viewers -- Voted.  Out of 66 Voters Total, 63% or almost 2/3 of them (42 out of 66) said they were Worse Off or Much Worse Off now than they were six years ago. 

    With a whopping 20% (one person out of five) said they had lost their work or home in the past six years.   

   On the flip up side, about 10% said their life was the same or 'a little bit better'.   

   And finally, if not with dismay to report,  that out of the 66 Voters, a meager 6% or about four people said their lives were 'Much Better Off' after the past six years.

   What a sad commentary on the realities of our current social and economic status and outlook for the people of our nation.

   Only 6% in this poll were Doing Much Better. 

 Only 16% Total were Doing Much Better or the Same.   

    A full 82% of Voters reporting their life was worse or had lost their home or job in the past six years. It's no wonder that today, in 2015, The Vast Majority of Americans, everywhere have little or no faith in any government or major corporations.  

    We (over 50 Million americans; families) have all suffered for generations, shared all our stories, compared all our notes and millions of us are moving in directions to change and take back powers that have been corrupted for so long now.  

    These kinds of polls give us insight into other stats such as the one stating that only ONE  out of five Americans trust their President, Congress or State Governments.  FOUR out of FIVE Americans DO NOT TRUST Our Leaders In Power Today.

Every time you see polls like these take time to speak up.  

    What you say and do affects everyone in the world unless you sit there and do nothing which only fosters ignorance and lets the elite get away with murder, on your watch, under your nose  -- during your lifetime and into the lives of your family, offspring and communities. 

     As always, it's up to you. 

   EACH AND EVERY =ONE= OF YOU =WORKING AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND WITH MANY GROUPS= TO ONE COMMON PURPOSE.   

TO PURGE OUR LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, COURTS, PRISONS, GOVERNMENTS AND PUBLIC SERVICES OF ANY INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP WHO ABUSES NARCOTICS, PHARMA MEDS, ALCOHOL OR PEOPLE BY MENTAL AFFECT OR CONDITION.

While purging, we must also take back all local cash flows for local public services that have been privatized in ways that TAKE millions of cash from locals that leave our towns, destined for the private coffers of the elite back east and abroad.  

       Every town can find a way to manage their own human, public and health services AT COST, to keep cost to clients at the lowest rates possible (i.g. cheaper, stable parking rates) and keeping maximum percentages of revenue in your local towns to share with all. 

    Local counties have been taking back power by BANNING fracking, drones, oil drilling or other man made harms and poisons from their own backyards to keep themselves safe because their local, state and federal government, as it is before we purge, has burned us all.

    Keep taking back local power and sharing all you can with as many people you can, everywhere, every day.

We All Pay - Uber and Other Drivers' Misuse of Commercial Plates and Meter Space For Personal Use

Wednesday, January 14, 2015 - High Noon

        While checking out a cool S.F.F.D. Fire Truck parked in the red zone at the corner of Rondel & 16th Street, (where Esta Noche Cantina used to be, we saw an Uber Driver pull up and park in the Commercial Parking Only Yellow Zone, in front of El Cafetazo Cafe.  

     We took a picture and asked him about parking in a spot that is intentioned for commercial vehicles to come and go fast to do deliveries, loading and unloading.    He said, 'It's okay because I have commercial plates and that lets me park in any commercial zone like this.'   

     That sounds cool... but then we thought, wait a minute, if the intent of these spots is fast 'in and out' access to get goods and services into our local restaurants and shops, then what is the legitimate reason he is parking there, in fact ?

     Is he using the commercial space for bonafide commercial purposes, as intended or is he misusing or 'taking' that space, illegally for his own personal use, such as personal shopping or perhaps... eating a lunch at a nearby restaurant, but he doesn't want to pay for a real consumer parking spot... he'd rather slide by using a commercial space for personal stuff.

     It's our understanding that if a public servant uses city property for personal use, without legitimate approval,  it's considered to be 'an unlawful taking' or theft of city property.  

     If a caretaker uses a disabled person's car and placard to do personal shopping with, it's a criminal offense, like a kind of a fraud to use a valid thing to cover use of time or vehicles to do personal matters and errands with. It's a form of deception. 

  When people cheat like this, it tells us alot about their true underlying nature of their character and conduct 'when they think no one is watching'.   It's fun like babysitting bad spoiled children from afar.

    When the S.F.F.D. Firemen came over to their fire truck, we discussed slow emergency response times relative to increased number of amateur drivers for fire, who constantly block bike lanes, pull fast U-Turns,  leave 20 foot gaps in front and behind while sitting in traffic using their distractive devices and told the firemen the truth. 

    When our city is capable of STOPPING the renegades and regulation avoiders who are here en masse, clogging up our streets, stealing parking spaces and pissing off the entire town, slowing down all emergency responses and our normal local traffic & shopping patterns and flows --  we will NOT support using more tax money to buy more emergency response vehicles and personnel.   

    Why would any sane person support increasing the number of emergency vehicles and personnel on the road, not while we have ever increasing numbers of newcomer & other amateur drivers  IMPACTING OUR ABILITY TO MOVE FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER QUICKLY & SAFELY, IN THE FIRST PLACE.

   Adding more emergency vehicles will just cause more conflict and delays. 

  When our city leaders cater to corporations that BLOCK OUR ABILITY TO SAVE LIVES QUICKLY and FAIL  TO ENFORCE OUR LAWS TO STOP THEM then we must replace our city leaders.

    They sucked up to the same global banks and corporations that are plundering our city and stealing local cash flows.     

   They are causing a clear and present threat and danger to our people walking on the streets.

   They steal from mom and pop shops who need affordable space and unimpeded parking and pedestrian traffic flows by using commercial spaces for personal errands and driving while distracted, as a habit that kills.

    We're putting in a call to SFMTA and City Hall to learn if it's illegal for anyone to use commercial plates, to avoid paying their fair share of parking fees. 

  Or when they are using them for their own personal or non-commercial purpose or some other use -- which is not the intended use, as expressed by local codes.

   Stay tuned....   we think MANY VALID COMMERCIAL vehicles are now driving round and round the block, causing more pollution, traffic, delays and costs to us all.    

  Only because scores of amateur drivers like from Uber and perhaps Lyft, et al. are TAKING AWAY & MISUSING space and meter time that was NEVER INTENDED to used by them for their personal errand parking convenience, in the first place.

  WANT TO HAVE MORE FUN ?   TRY THIS:

   1.  Call up Uber & Lyft - ask them if it's Company Policy to allow Uber Drivers to Use Commercial Plates to use to park in Metered Commercial Yellow Zones to do their personal errands with ? 

   2.   Call up SFMTA - ask them if it's cool to have Uber vehicles parked in LOADING ONLY Yellow Zones while they run errands and go eat lunch down the street ?

   3.   Call up the San Francisco Board of Supervisors and Mayor Edwin Lee (aka Liar, liar, pants on fire, leave you to die in a bomb threat at city hall Mayor) - ask them:   

    Why Do You Let These Mega Corporations get away with grand theft, murder and causing over 5,000 local businesses and over 10,000 local residents become homeless in the past 3 years alone ?

       Why do you allow a climate to exist that results in over 3,000 Homeless children enrolled in schools to happen,  when there was only a few hundred, before Chase Bank & All These Global For Profit Monsters came to town starting in 2006-2007, to this very day.  

    SHAME ON YOU ALL !

      Why did you take away public bus lines on Valencia, spend a fortune on trees and bike lanes only to have Google Buses (often empty), Uber, Lyft and others come along and clog it all up and make it unsafe ? 

     They are over-running (aka Nazi Blitzkreig) our local mom and pops and local residents & existing public services and grass roots community groups (like in Our Bayview).   

    They continue to get away with this, only because of a general lack of protection and enforcement of laws that we wrote for our protection. 

Honor Given To Known Criminals

   To reduce harm, costs, risks and save lives and be locally prosperous, self-sufficient and independent of not from here banksters, corporations and bad higher government.

   Why Do You Honor Known Criminals Like Raymond Chow ?

      Ask them if they are Traitors or are they Honorable leaders ? 

    Ask them if they are going to admit they screwed up big time for short term personal, political and other gains by destroying the lives of over 10,000 San Franciscans who did no wrong, caused no harm.

  They were simply PUSHED OUT by renegade techies who do not respect locals, do not respect our traditions, customs, laws and ways of living.

  They are here to take, take, take and our current city leaders ARE GUILTY AS CHARGED.

   Gee, we sure wish the Honorable San Francisco Board of Supervisor Jane Kim would be OUR MAYOR & KICK ASS of all these carpet bagger, newcomer plunderers that our current Mayor kisses up to... 

What a piece of work Lee turned out to be. 

 His actions have spoken louder then his empty or much too late promises...  to many, it's a disgusting lack of honor or heart FOR THE PEOPLE.

San Francisco Sheriffs Department Newsletter Posted Here as Public Service

Yep.   For 2015, we're dedicated to enhancing the awareness of us all in many new and strange ways. 

  It's about building up community and turning our angst 'away from each other' and focus it towards the origins of our woes, harms, losses and conflicts.

   We see ordinary people being denied basic human rights, and rights as natural born and emigrated residents of these united States.  TRUST in government is down to about one in five people.   The other four out of five do not trust government and want them all to be replaced, mostly with non-lawyer citizens who do not lie, cheat, steal or abuse alcohol, narcotics, big pharma drugs or their own childen, families and staff.

  Cannabis & Drug War Frauds, forced participation into drinking liquor to excess (starting with candy liquor bottles as the gateway for bad habit building from age 4 into teens & adulthood),  big pharma addiction that is very, very, expensive (7 out of 10 folks in these united States are hooked onto megaprofit big pharma pipelines..) causing great losses, divisions and conflict for over 50 Million residents over 80+ years.

   Which in turn, caused major suffering, desperation, conflict, violence, false imprisonment and premature death, based on a pack of lies, funded by tax dollars and banksters.   All it mapped out by abusing trust, power and law to create mega empires that push illegal drugs, make safe plants like cannabis illegal, then create mega forced to buy into medical, insurance and health care systems that are corrupt.

  We see people, ordinary people angry over the ways the elite are trying to turn us against each other in our own communities.   We see now, after all we've been through for this past decade in particular, that we have individuals inside every elite family, agency, police department, military group, corporation and institution around the world, who are sick and tired of watching the most extreme of us, who abuse drugs, liquor, power, trust and their own families.  

   We see people attacking and taking over police stations.   We see Elite Media trying to twist the Bad Acts of police into Race Issues, which the wise among us, reject. 

   This is all about making us divided by anything they can, but we know, there is only One Race, the Human Race and we all stand for our natural and human rights, for All of Us.  This is folks pushed to be out of control, causing harm to the masses.

    We see cops and military personnel starting to expose the worst in their own ranks and we can see people supporting every person who 'comes clean' because unlike the greedy tyrants in power now,  we forgive much of what folks do, who do not keep trying to lie and cover up their bad acts.    

   We wish to further the exchange of information between our people and our Elected Law Enforcement Agencies and vice versa for the purpose of informing all and perhaps sparking dialogue about how we, as a local community, can band together and clean out every office in our cities from all the corruption that harms us all.
