**  WED JULY 9, 2017  ** UPDATE:   ¡Venga! Empanadas' Owner's Vehicle Blocks SFFD Water Supply Access Daily & During Today's SF Fire Department Emergency Response, at their cafe's location.

     This morning, during our daily coffee meeting outside on the sidewalk in front of Ferguson's Plumbing and Showroom, at 435 Valencia Street in the Mission District,  we saw SF Fire Department trucks pull up in front of Venga Empanadas parklet and the residential hotel next door.

    Apparently they were responding to some emergency in the Hotel or Alley next door.  

     We weren't sure why they were they but the brave fire fighters have their gear on and went fast down the alley less two doors down from where we were standing,  next to the fire department water supply pipes.    

      We noticed there was fresh paint and miniature Red Cones on the curb which was being re-painted by SFMTA.

    We looked above the cone and newly painted red zone and saw a car illegally parked there. 

     We've seen that same car parked there nearly every day for the past year or so,  but never really paid any attention to it,   until this incident today with the Fire Department in action, responding to an emergency call.   

    The SFFD didn't need access to the water supply today, but now we have a better understanding of why there are small Red Fire Zone painted on curbs.    Now we see, that its necessary to have those tiny areas clear of obstacles at all times, to fight fires and save lives.

       At the same time, we noticed that a car was blocking the SFFD Access Right-Of-Way to the SFFD Water Supply Pipes on the wall of Ferguson's Plumbing. 

   It's  the same spot we stand at every day -- where we were drinking our coffee, listening to the radio,  but today we learned more about why there are little strips of red zone no parking spots all over the city.

       Lo and behold,  it was the Venga Empanada Owners car, parked illegally in an SFMTA Red Zone, blocking access to the Fire Department Water Supply.

 Imagine if there was a big fire at Ferguson's Plumbing Showroom or Samovar Tea;   Venga Empanadas or the Residential SRO Hotel next door and the S.F.F.D. needed to run hoses and equipment across the street and sidewalk to connect them to the high pressure water supply lines -- being blocked.

    It would be tragically ironic if the blocking of access to the SFFD Water Supply pipes, daily,  by the Owner or Staff of Venga Cafe themselves were to lead to more property damage or loss of life during emergencies due to obstacles & delays to the fire fighter's response, at their own cafe or the adjacent stores and hotel residents next door to them.

¡Venga! Empanadas' Staff Denies Public Use of #ParkletSF For 30th #TinyBBQ -Lies, Snitches to Police

HEADS UP!  

  We're working on our Next Posting about how a new, local 'upscale' restaurant's staff or manager 'Freaked Out' and denied access to the Public #ParkletSF to local advocates who've been doing #TinyBBQ 's for years, all over San Francisco on the sidewalks and in front of residential and business spots, including restaurants (mostly Mom & Pops we love!).

  

   That's six years of practice with 30+ Mini Street or Park #TinyBBQ events without any hazard or legitimate complaint,  until this past Saturday, June 3, 2017,  made by ¡Venga! Empanadas' Manager or Staff.  

   It was a special BBQ to celebrate our Cook (former rural firefighter) getting a job and being the proud grandfather of a new one year old,  with his daughter and a hand full of friends and Feed The People advocates.   

 Total in group was about five.  


     One of the attendees lives across the street and we found out Thursday, June 8, 2017, that he too, is a former fire fighter.  He used to fight Forest Fires up in the northern California counties. 


   Very safe #TinyBBQ events, indeed. 

  
   We also learned that folks around San Francisco and in Cleveland, New York and Chicago and Texas are all doing sidewalk BBQ's with no problems, just lots of community building, neighborly fun for all.

   We use a small 18" or 22" Weber 'smokeless' grill on a stable bike cart, in a

fixed position - that has been used at many events and public feedings over the past six years.

   Often with fair and reasonable San Francisco Police and Fire Staff cruising by to check out our BBQ, without violations or problems or hazards to anyone. 

  That's why we don't do open flame and always use 'smoke less' style grills and carry extra water, etc.

  Our grill is actually about half as tall (stubby) as the example shown in the picture.    It's securely mounted on a steel framed bike cart.   Safe & Easy.

      We have pictures which show the lack of smoke anywhere near the sidewalk or front doors or windows of the empanada place,  yet the manager or staff guy who started this mess, was yelling and screaming about smoke... and likely lied to 9-1-1 operators and police about same. 

   'Oh, terrible clouds of smoke...'  that did not exist (once the starter fluid gets going after 2 minutes) and could not have gone near them due to constant 25mph winds and the use of the Weber 'smokeless' style mini-BBQ's which have a lid.

  The Story will include how much it cost for reluctant police to respond,  what each of the officers said and did... and our groups' accusations of violations of law and SF Parklet rules and harassment by the Parklet Permit Holders' Staff or Manager and more, coming very soon. 

   Because this Parklet Permit holder appears to have violated several laws and regulations,  their transgressions and other hazardous behavior is being documented and assembled by your local San Francisco Peoples' Fraud Task Force Volunteers, for publication.  

    Other journalists who have covered related 'Parklet' Stories and other independent media have been invited to cover this incident, since it relates to and impacts us all and our rights to safely access any public space for any peaceful or non-hazardous purpose.

     Anyone who denies any of us our rights to our own spaces needs to be held accountable for their transgressions, especially when they lie and misuse police resources to satisfy their own malicious intent or for profit motive interests, that violate all of our rights.

   So far, 115 folks have read the Poll and 66 of them took time to Vote.  


 That means a little more than half (57%) of the Viewers -- Voted.  Out of 66 Voters Total, 63% or almost 2/3 of them (42 out of 66) said they were Worse Off or Much Worse Off now than they were six years ago. 

    With a whopping 20% (one person out of five) said they had lost their work or home in the past six years.   

   On the flip up side, about 10% said their life was the same or 'a little bit better'.   

   And finally, if not with dismay to report,  that out of the 66 Voters, a meager 6% or about four people said their lives were 'Much Better Off' after the past six years.

   What a sad commentary on the realities of our current social and economic status and outlook for the people of our nation.

   Only 6% in this poll were Doing Much Better. 

 Only 16% Total were Doing Much Better or the Same.   

    A full 82% of Voters reporting their life was worse or had lost their home or job in the past six years. It's no wonder that today, in 2015, The Vast Majority of Americans, everywhere have little or no faith in any government or major corporations.  

    We (over 50 Million americans; families) have all suffered for generations, shared all our stories, compared all our notes and millions of us are moving in directions to change and take back powers that have been corrupted for so long now.  

    These kinds of polls give us insight into other stats such as the one stating that only ONE  out of five Americans trust their President, Congress or State Governments.  FOUR out of FIVE Americans DO NOT TRUST Our Leaders In Power Today.

Every time you see polls like these take time to speak up.  

    What you say and do affects everyone in the world unless you sit there and do nothing which only fosters ignorance and lets the elite get away with murder, on your watch, under your nose  -- during your lifetime and into the lives of your family, offspring and communities. 

     As always, it's up to you. 

   EACH AND EVERY =ONE= OF YOU =WORKING AS AN INDIVIDUAL AND WITH MANY GROUPS= TO ONE COMMON PURPOSE.   

TO PURGE OUR LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, COURTS, PRISONS, GOVERNMENTS AND PUBLIC SERVICES OF ANY INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP WHO ABUSES NARCOTICS, PHARMA MEDS, ALCOHOL OR PEOPLE BY MENTAL AFFECT OR CONDITION.

While purging, we must also take back all local cash flows for local public services that have been privatized in ways that TAKE millions of cash from locals that leave our towns, destined for the private coffers of the elite back east and abroad.  

       Every town can find a way to manage their own human, public and health services AT COST, to keep cost to clients at the lowest rates possible (i.g. cheaper, stable parking rates) and keeping maximum percentages of revenue in your local towns to share with all. 

    Local counties have been taking back power by BANNING fracking, drones, oil drilling or other man made harms and poisons from their own backyards to keep themselves safe because their local, state and federal government, as it is before we purge, has burned us all.

    Keep taking back local power and sharing all you can with as many people you can, everywhere, every day.

This is for anyone concerned about the rights of humans to use any of natures plant gifts for any good purpose, without governmental approval, new state laws, taxes, burdens and other frauds that only serve the Elite and take away local community resources, spaces, cash flows and cannabis operations, for their continued enrichment, at our expense.

They are the ones who used taxpayer money to charge you and members of your family and community from coast to coast, with Cannabis related charges.

They're the ones who for eighty years or more -- stole your land, home and family by the use of fear of cannabis (and later crack) to take away all we have and now, in 2015, they want you all to trust them again and let them write all these new bad laws that take, take, take.

       For example, in Minnesota there are only TWO PEOPLE or ENTITIES that are permitted to grow ALL THE CANNABIS for all the patients in Minnesota.

   This is how state laws are being misused to further the goals of the elite, which are to evade all responsibility and punishment (and payment of damages) for the government sponsored, corporation enriched Frauds of Cannabis & Hemp Prohibition, Drug Wars and today's new state laws, which are all scams.  And bypass Justice and Damages to us all for their crimes, so they can move onto being Kannabis Kings and Lords.

         In Colorado recently, elite burdens of 'legalization' upon cannabis actually harmed the patients, especially those with little or no income, when medical cannabis reached up to $500 per ounce.

       Remember, our long time, SAFE, local collectives in San Francisco and Northern California have been healing, reducing harm, helping and relaxing thousands of medical cannabis patients (for decades, safely!) in community collectives for between $50 to $200 per ounce for high grade medicine.

BOTTOM LINE: WHY THEY WANT YOU TO LET THEM PASS STATE LAWS...

        The elite want you all to BE FORCED TO PAY INTO OBAMACARE which would enable them to bill medicare for your cannabis useage (even if they jack it up with taxes and expenses up to beyond $500 per ounce -- they don't care if taxpayers fund the next series of bad cannabis law frauds they are implementing in California and from coast to coast), no matter how much it costs.

They intend to Destroy all non-elite commercialized, non-profit, community or collective growing, sharing, healing and enjoyment of cannabis, unless you get their permission, pay their fees, pay them taxes which will be misused (as they've been for decades now) and funneled into sweetheart corporate deals, disguised as public works.
